Looking for MSR missing link footprint.

me too...

I have done a number of web searches and am not sure such a critter really exists.

I "custom" made mine out of Tyvek, took 5 minutes and cost $5. Tyvek - lighter, tougher, cheaper.

Apparently, MSR no longer makes the Missing Link Tent or the Footprint, so we are on our own to find one.

I go to areas where new homes are being built and ask for the scraps about 430pm, right before the guys knock off for the day...

You can get it off EBay, but it's a lot more expensive than asking at a construction site. Show up at a construction site around 4:30 with a 12 pack, you can probably get 50' for free. On EBay, it's usually around $1 a linear foot, 7' wide. Wash it in cold water to soften and quieten it.

I used to have buddies who would take 2-3 cases of beer out to meet shrimp boats coming in, and come back with 50-100 pounds of shrimp. I'm not very original, but I can adapt an idea.
