I had to leave the trail on the 3rd due to an injury and want to go to trail days and return to the trail from there. I live NY on LI but can get to NJ or PA if that works. Willing to share gas. Thanks.
I am not sure what your schedule is like, but I plan on going down South early to hike into trial days. I am currently in Albany, NY, and plan on leaving here this Tuesday, the 5th to head to Erwin to hike from there to Damascus for trail days. If you are able to and want to go down early I can give you a ride then. Otherwise I am sure you can find someone heading down there later for tail days.
