I'm on that route. Near Norton Va. If Anyone will be on it I may bum A ride if possible.

I bet if you hang out on the road with your gear and some indication of trail days, you would be given a ride. I always look for hikers to help when I'm in a particular area. it's a way of playing it forward. many a hiker is not on WB.

oops, actually, you would have to be near an AT trailhead and I just remembered that the trail does not go through KY.
