hey hey,

not really looking to 'hook up' as you wacky North Americans put it, but to hopefully make contact with someone/s who is planning a similiar departure date on the trail from Katahdin... be nice to compare notes, get pumped up and hyped about the impending adventure with someone else, in my case maybe learn things i am blissfully unaware of at present... plus we shall probably most likely absolutely cross paths eventually ('path' that is)...!

Be advised that the term "hooking up" also has a sexual nuance :eek: in the USA.........use with caution :D

Im leaving july 1st but am planning on taking it EASY for the first couple weeks, so hopefully you will catch up to me. You will know if you meet me, I will be the one asking you unlimited questions about Austrailia (I hope to visit your country in the near future). Hope to see you there!
