Transportation near Waynesboro Va

I am looking for either public transportation info, or possibly a shuttle ride for my wife and myself from Waynesboro, Rockfish gap, back to near Bland VA around July 9 or 10. after we finish that section hike. It is around 170 highway miles. Cost?

Any ideas and help are greatly appreciated

That would be a long shuttle. A rough plan would be to use Greyhound between say Charlottesville and Wytheville. Then you could get two short shuttles from the bus stations. Figure about $1.50 mile give or take $0.50 mile for the shuttles plus two bus tickets.
