Isis and jackrabbit (Lucy and Susan), The Barefoot Sisters, will be appearing at the Campmor retail store in Paramus NJ on Wednesday August 5, 2009 at 7 PM. You are invited. They will be speaking about their 2 AT hikes and doing some readings from their popular book 'Southbound -An Appalachian Trail Adventure.' Afterwards they will answer questions and autograph copies of their book which not so coincidentally is for sale at the store or on the website.

For directions to the store in NJ please call 201-445-5000

Joe,

We do a series of talks on Wednesdays in October and March in conjunction with the New York New Jersey Trail Conference. But this one is special because the Barefoot Sisters will only be back inthe country for a short period so we had to fit their schedule.

cheers,

Tentman - I need to check out your web-site. Are these talk dates posted there?

I haven't heard anyone mention their books up till now. I'm into the northbound one right now. Great books.

I do not think at this time the info is posted on our site. We built a new one and it does not always do what we want and we are working out the kinks. I know it will be posted on the New York New Jersey Trail Conference site soon.
