I believe they are very exclusive to a few dens in that location. Just a fluke I guess. Dave i lived in essex n.y. right in the middle of the adks for about 5 years on the outskirts of town they have a huge pile of rocks they call rattlesnake hill and i have personally seen 8 or 10 rattlers sunning themselves in spring some mighty big 5ft plus |
