does anyone know of any agency/guide that leades backpacking trips for the physically gifted but mentaly special needs? I have an aquaintance that is looking for this sort of trip. the person in question is physically capable and is functional skill wise (Backpacks with his now aging parents) but Mentaly can not go alone. He also happens to be a marathon runner and easily hikes 15-20 miles a day. the north east area is best (new england/north of MD)
