I would like to hike some 100 miles of the AT, taking 8-10 days. Is there a stretch of the AT for which every 8-15 miles of it there are trail services (i.e., either a town or store)? I am guessing that it would occur in NJ, NY or MA.
If there was such a stretch, I could get dinner and a packed lunch for the next day and not worry about carrying food with me.
