It's a good thing that New Hampshire didn't know about the Barefoot Sisters during their thru hike. They would probably have charged them $25,000 and given them a ride off of the trail because they weren't prepared for harsh weather.

I've heard of the Sisters, dont know much about them, the written article says it took 15 months to do the trail and the video story says they averaged 20 miles per day, they do the trail multiple times in the 15 months, something is not adding up.

The video says they hiked from ME to GA and then back to ME.

So call me dense I still dont get it :)
A yo-yo is 4350 miles, roughly, a 20 mile average, which the video claims, is 217 days, how is this 15 months?

the barefoot sisters arrived in GA in the late fall or even winter (been a while since I read their books). They took a few months off and started NOBO. If you do SOBO and spend 6 months, take 3 off, then 6 months NOBO, equals 15 months.
