Does anyone have a "menu" left over from the trail? I figure that 7 different days of meals about 20 times would get old, so if anyone could tell me what they ate on the trail, it would be much appreciated. posting here, or emailing me at: i.max2mus@hotmail.com (please post that you did.)

Blush.

My website "touts" great food.

I admit my most recent 7-day trail included 6-individually wrapped McDonald's sausage biscuits to "jump-start" the trail, breakfast of oatmeal and, yes, coffee (oh, the shame) or cocoa followed by healthy stuff, like juice-crystals in tubes from Walmart, and snacks during the day of home-made gorp, of course, and individually wrapped "string cheese" with variety crackers, water, and dinners of Bear Creek soup mixes, divided in double-portions (serves 4) accompanied by "additions" of Tomatos Etc. brand fd veggies, like corn. I ate a handful of same brand fd raspberries, on alternate days I guess. I carried alder-smoked salmon and a small plastic Pepsi, if I needed "morale" and I had extra food and water, "just in case".

That is so embarrassing.

I have an ultralight and lightweight backpacking website already. Oh well.

I never felt hungry or thirsty.

I was in grizzly bear country. I used an odor-proof Aloksak.
