Does anyone know if there is a truely instant tapioca pudding available, I mean one that you just add milk or water to without cooking?

I dont know of any instant tapioca pudding. I know there is instant tapioca that is used in tapioca pudding recipes, that still require cooking and such. There is no tapioca Jello instant pudding. But there are tapioca Jello Pudding Snaks.

I haven't seen one but....if you don't mind a little cooking it is VERY easy to make (I have been working on a couple recipes of late that don't take egg).

Anyhow, or buy the Jell-O version they sell for even easier one pot pudding.
