looking for a pack

i'm looking for a couple kelty external frame super tioga
(color of green only)from olive drab to the newer dark greens
no older than the late 90's to the newer hour glass shaped frames like the 50th anniversary pack with the newer lighter weight materials thanks.

Hey crumbsnatcher. i have an old REI Trekker Wonderland in really good shape. im 24, my mom bought it for me when i was 12 for my first boy scout camping trip. didn't even hike with it on...

anyway i can send you a couple of pictures if it interests you. its dark green, i didn't want to donate it to my local troop. its too nice and those kids are punks and they'll destroy it. but if you want it ill be real reasonable about the price.

I have a Kelty Super Tioga in storage that I purchased around 1994 or so. I used it a lot, but not in years. I haven't even looked at it in a while but it is a bit worn: missing a pin, one of the buckles holding the main flap is broken off and the bottom of the metal frame is scuffed. I was actually just thinking about fixing it up. But if your interested in it, in its condition, let me know and maybe we can work something out, I don't think I'll use it much anyway if I kept it. I honestly don't know off hand what they are worth, in good condition never mind mine. It is a drab green. BTW, does Kelty still make 'em?

I've got a vintage 1970's Kelty backpack on ebay right now. You'd be the talk of the trial with this one.......And it would definatley do the job. It's in excellent condition.

I still have my first backpack, a vintage 1969 Kelty BB5 in decent conditon. Planning on keeping it. BUT... As I have done, you may want to pick up a beat-up Tioga or two for spare parts if the price is right. (My BB5 has Tioga suspension parts right now... hip-belt & sholder-straps.) doodah-man

im looking for newer packs to use as my new gear for hiking!i figure 1-2more packs will last me til im done with hiking and breathing. but you're right i will need a few more parts thanks

I'll give u a Kelty Yukon 2900ci olive green. Slightly used with names blacked out on the flap. All parts intact. Got it on ebay from a boy scout who went to lighter pack. Love the pack and the way it feels when adjusted right but I've become a minialist (disease with no cure) and won't use the pack. E-mail if u want it.
