hiking around Appletree Campground on the Bartram

A friend and I are looking to go a little further north for a weekend hike (we're a little bored with the GA section of the AT) and we're considering some of the trails around Appletree Campground. We were thinking of parking at the campground on a Friday around noon and making a loop out of the surrounding trails. Any recommendations for a good route that will give us 15-20 miles to hike? Would also appreciate some good places to tent down Friday and Saturday nights with close water access.
