I often find bait bags washed up on the Fundy Shore. T.hey are fun to find, and sort of nifty looking, so I like to go out of my way to find a use for them. I usually stuff by garbage into them or something like that. Other times I might use one for stuffing tinder and small kindling I find along the way.
Anyhow, I don't expect you would find to many of these along the AT, unless you wander of trail in Maine a ways, but it is a fun video to watch, and you might see some ideas for some DIY project of your own. It is also fun to watch because it provides some insight into a cottage industry linked to the fishing industry.
