Sausage Balls!!

Family was cooking some sausage balls for Christmas,so i was just wondering iF anyone has ever took them as a snack on the trail?i was also thinking it maybe a weight issue too.Merry Christmas!!HS

Haven't ever taken them, but think Scottish eggs. Hard boiled egg, wrapped in sausage, then (hold onto your arteries!), deed fried! Mmm.....

I've also tried baking them at 450* for a (slightly) less cholesterol hit. Just about as good.

No idea how they would pack, but what a great breakfast.

I didn't know that sausages had..... Oh never mind.

At least you can tell them from the female sausages. Merry Christmas to all those little sausages (M or F) :D
