Nalgene Encapsul Bladder (http://www.amazon.com/Nalgene-3416-EB-Encapsul-Bladder/dp/B002PWUXKS/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top) or the Hoser Hydration Bladder (http://www.amazon.com/Hoser-Hydration-Bladder-by-Platypus/dp/B0014BLUSU)
Nalgene 2L is $18.95 w/ free shipping
Hoser 2L is $19.95 w/ free shipping
for my NOBO thru hike, what is the ideal size to get? I'm guessing 2L is pretty standard. As for durability and ease of use, is there any difference?
Does anyone know the weights on these two?

The Hoser is much lighter but is harder to fill. Personally get a 3L or 2L Platy and one gatorade bottle. That would be more than you need and very little weight. (just one opinion)
I can usually go 5-6 hours between stops. :D

I like being able to dry camp so I carry a 3L B

weird, anyways...
A three liter bladder and a one liter bottle have been great when dry camping. Check out a 3L Big zip.

I am another who uses the soft-sided Platypus bottles.
I generally carry 2L of water with me in two 1L Platypus bottles because I find the smaller bottles easier to hold and drink out of.

The size of my bladder is nobodies business but mine.

Beat me to it.
My bladder seems to get smaller the older I get. :D
I seldom carry a water bladder anymore. I've had too many leaks. :p

My Platypus Hoser 2 Liter weighs 3.6 ounces.
Don't know about the Nalgene.
