With the proper penile implant you could probably leave one of your trekking poles home

You could get liposuction and mail the calories forward in your bounce box.

Is it too late for a lobotomy?

I thought that was a REQUIREMENT for a thru-hike. I want my lobe back!

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than to have a frontal lobotomy!!!

I think double bypass surgery is going to do me a world of good. I'll let you know in a few months. But my ticker will be stronger and it has finally given me the incentive to quit smoking. Going on week 3 now and I don't miss it at all.

Lasik eye surgery could help, for those who need it. Other than that, maybe preventative appendix or tonsils... not sure anything else would help.

I've never thru-hiked, but on some of my longer hikes I've occassionally required an emergency BRS in order to continue (blister reduction surgery).
