Vermont AT Closure Assistance

It looks like VT is down to just two closures on the AT. I'll be in VT later next week headed south and could use some help. What are the workarounds for the Thundering Falls Boardwalk and VT 12 closures?Thanks in advance....

Only major closure I saw was Rt 4 to Rt 103. I am also starting next week & plan use the region bus & then hiching up to Clareden Gourge if the trail isn't open by the time I get to that section.
