View Full Version : ENO ember underquilt
Was just wondering if anyone has used one of these, and how well did it work?
I haven't tried that UQ but if their slap straps are any indication of "quality" I would look elsewhere. I love my quilts from hammockgear.

I am a regular on the hammock forum, and for all the talk and raving on under quilts, I cannot recall anyone ever talking about their underquilts. I have a hammock gear 20° (winter for me), and a summer quilt KAQ from Arrowhead equipment. I truly enjoy both quilts. The summer quilt is good to just below 40°, but I plan on 45°, as the winter quilt is only 10 oz more and very warm! Arrowhead KAQs are less expensive than down quilts from other manufacturers, but they are a little heavier for their warmth. Either comes highly recomended by me.
Thanks for the input! and yea i'm probably going for the phoenix 3/4 by hammockgear.com

Hammock Gear +1! This is warm stuff and great quality. Keep in mind that they make every piece of gear to order, so allow 4-5 weeks from order to your doorstep. My topquilt in September took 22 days, but this is the high season.
Enjoy!
