Hi guys,
Gonna be around the Franklin area come Good Friday/Easter weekend. If convenient, I'd like to catch an Easter service. Does anyone know of a hiker-friendly church in the vicinity with services that weekend? Thanks!

Thanks!Franklin is very hiker friendly, but you can contact Ron Haven at the Sapphire, Budget Inn or Franklin Inn. He can probably help you out.
There's a church in Franklin that does a hiker breakfast every morning. They come in a van and pick up hikers at Ron Haven's 3 motels. I don't recall the name of the church but someone will know in Franklin if someone here doesn't know.

That's it Ron, of course you would know. The people at the church we very nice and served a great breakfast. Also Ron's a great host, I enjoyed my stay at the Budget in Franklin and Hiawassee, and if your lucky Ron will play the guitar for you!
