Use a telephone book to find the phone # for Jewish temples in the area. Give them a call and expalin the situation, I'll bet they can arrainge something.
Courtesy of churchfinder.com, found these synagogues in Asheville, NC. Asheville is probably the largest "city" near Hotsprings. As suggeted, try calling them and maybe someone can drive out to pick up the hiker in question. Was invited to Passover myself next week. Not Jewish...but I enjoy any holiday with food, wine and good friends! :)
