Hi all, As always everyone is welcome to park at my place if you prefer not to park on 19e. If you need details email me at dremamorris@earthlink.net or call 1 423 772 3425. One other notable, the trash situation on the AT at the Bear branch rd. crossing seems to have stopped. The area has been clean for almost a week now. Trashed by my neighbor everyday for over 5 years then it stopped............ the ******* must have went on vacation????????????

where is "my place"?I believe Mr Morris lives near the 19E crossing (as mentioned in previous posts). I think he has voluntarily cleaned up the trash there for quite some time, what a trooper.:clap:clap :clap

yea i got that much...19E area. just wanted to know where.
Jeff's house is just a little way off Bear Branch Road, which the AT crosses just north of 19E. Follow Bear Branch Branch Road up the hill and turn left onto a gravel road at a small white house on the left. You'll need to call Jeff to get the name of the road, since I've forgotten it already.

hi everyone long time no posty. I read that they caught the ass trashing the AT along bare branch rd. What have you all heard about this. The foresty severice wont return my calls. I gave them the ass on film and nothing has happened that i can see. Still picking Richard Whitehead's trash(placed there by him personally each and every day for your viewing pleasure). How you like that??

I've parked at Geoffs before. Good secure parking and a true friend of the trail.
He can probably help you with some shuttling too.....just let him know what your plans are and make it worth his time/effort.
Hopefully the guy that was trashing the trail is on a nice long vacation courtesy of the taxpayers.....
