    Yeah, but you can't take a picture (like we did years ago) of your son eating a "spamwhich" -- two pieces of bread with an entire can of Spam between them :-)

    Thanks for the info, though. Packets are infinitely better than cans!

    If you can't get away to the hills, a good place is empty parking garages. Alternate between the stairs and the parking area. Do it with a full pack and it will help prepare you for GA.
