I have 7 days and 7 nights to spend on the AT in 2014. Would like advice on a moderate to challenging section and a good time of year for that section. I expect to get in 90 to 100 miles. It will be my first time on the AT but have at least 80 nights on other backpacking trips in Missouri and New Mexico. Any help is appreciated.
