    er has finished the Whites and should be entering Maine today. He's posted a new of new videos at his You Tube Journal http://www.youtube.com/user/Loner2012AT.

    I heard from my son Loner a few days ago and he's now reached Vernon, New Jersey and is probably beyond the 1,350 mile mark now. He's recently posted a batch of new videos. The most recent are #70-74 at his You Tube AT Video blog, Loner 2012 AT

  3. Loner reaches Haper's Ferry

    My son, Loner, also known as Snakesession on this forum (Loner on Trail Journals, http://www.trailjournals.com/Loner) has now reached Harper's Ferry. I just rec'd a brief email from him. He has also uploaded videos up to #49, of his journey on his You Tube video blog,

    He's met a lot of cool hikers along the way, as well as some bears, just hanging out along the trail.

  5. Loner 2012 posted vids on You Tube

    I'm posting in my journal until my son, Loner aka Jeff aka SnakeSession can do so. During his stop over in Gatlinburg he was able to download four videos of his AT thru-hike. Here's the link the first video of his trip. He plans on adding videos every 200 miles or so.
