July 25, 2012 I saw these NOBOs at US RTE 7: Profit and Slim Pilgrim. Also, a section SOBO who just started in Lee going by the name of AVAM.
July 26, 2012 I saw these thrus all going north:
Volton, Oliver Twist, Gingersnap, Miles, Passion Flower, Mountain Goat, Medicine MAn, Screamer, Cheezy Turtle, Tank (who was slack packing), Mission, Turbo Zero, SON, Sleeping Beauty, 'nola, Lobster, Chickadee. Also, Last Minute who was hiking with Medicine Man had twisted his ankle badly coming ...

Intend on thru hiking the AT in 2013. Journal is new to me this is my first entry. Will be hiking solo to start. Several people say they would join me for sections. Will post more as I progress preps or the trip.
