Well my wife decided that we are going to eat a Candida diet until I go. I suppose it'll be good. It should be interesting to see how it goes given the major restrictions that are in place eating that way. On some level I feel like it'll prepare me for the hike. We'll see.

This kind of stuff always blows me away. Here is my story from last weekend.

I was in Portland, OR this past weekend and I picked up a ULA Circuit backpack and a Sierra ​Designs bag. I’m happy with them both! However I left my rain jacket there in the store. I called them up and they had it still. Here is how the conversation went after the person on the phone with me found my jacket.
