This kind of stuff always blows me away. Here is my story from last weekend.

I was in Portland, OR this past weekend and I picked up a ULA Circuit backpack and a Sierra ​Designs bag. I’m happy with them both! However I left my rain jacket there in the store. I called them up and they had it still. Here is how the conversation went after the person on the phone with me found my jacket.
“Good news. We have your jacket. It’ll be here behind the counter,” said he.
“Great, but I live in Seattle,” I said.
“Oh that’s a problem,” he said.
“Can I pay for it to be shipped to me,” I said.
“Let me get your information and talk to someone who handles this kind of thing.” He then takes down my phone number and address and says someone will call me within the hour. Four minutes later I get a call back.
“Hey Matt? This is (I don’t remember his name but he was awesome) from Next Adventure.”
“Hey how’s it going,” I said.
“Good,” he said. “Good news. Since you were in the store and stuff we are just going to ship your jacket back to you for free.”
I thanked him profusely! That jacket is now replaced at $240. It would have been a serious setback to lose it.
