I say you should just grab a digital scale and take your own measurements to see how much your food weights once dried.
I'm sure dried vs. 'wet' food weights can vary between each cook.

Fresh/Dry Equivalencies
This shows how much fresh food it takes to make one ounce of dehydrated/freeze-dried food -- so not exactly the same thing but it should give you a pretty good idea.
