Southbound vs Northbound blog - the start
I've started a new series on my hiking blog on southbound vs northbound AT. Since I'm about to finish my SOBO this spring, I thought it would be good to discuss the differences I learned with gear issues, trail, town, solo vs group, etc.
The first blog is up, discussing the "start" hike of a NOBO vs SOBO - the Approach and planning the first day hike from either Katahdin or Springer. This is good also for those in the planning stages of hiking the trail.
