Use a 3 oz cat stove.
minibulldesigns bios micro with a carbon felt screen. I'd just buy his beginners kit with the 10cm IMUSA pot/cup and lid added to that stove, windscreen and handlewrap...that carbon felt is sweet. serves as a cozy and pot grabber as well. I'm pretty impressed with the cup and lid. used a couple of rubberbands to hold the lid to the pot while packed...works great.
i think the more affordable options that has a flame pattern that's suitable for the sp600, is the gram weenie series. Check em out at:

X2 for the gram weenie pro
A really really good one is the Fancee Feest stove. It comes with a 4"x22" EZ-Fold windscreen:)

The best stove for the SP600, is a simple tealight and wire mesh potstand with tight fitting windscreen. Jason Klass has a video somewhere.
The SP600 is fairly heavy at 2.8 oz. I have a stainless cup with handle that weighs 2.2.
Of course a fosters pot is 0.9 oz.
I use Esbit with my SP-600. Love it. :)
Many good options out there. For the flexibility of using alcohol or Esbit and a nice titanium windscreen, see www.digandgo.net/windscreensetc.html
Total weight for small windscreen, DualFuel burner, and stainless steel potstand would be 46 grams, about 1.6 oz
