I resemble that remark:D
This isn't a direct link, but the Shuttle list link is further down the page. The "direct" link changes periodically.

From the 2017 Thru-Hikers' Companion:

I guess he forgot the smilie again...
It's not shown as a loop on your map, more of an out and back. This map shows the river trail and other connectors, but it still won't be a loop....
He forgot the smilie ;)
Just other option...
Take the train to Pawling rather than the AT stop. More trains available and it's only 2.5 miles from the Pawling stop to the AT stop.
There is a Colorado trail forum. Check in Other Long Trails...
The line of totality crosses the AT in TN and NC. In the Presidentials, you'll get a partial.
And hiking poles... The rangers will not let you hike without hiking poles...:D

There seems to be a problem with the Missouri link - it gave me a 404-page not found. This one seems to work. http://extension.missouri.edu/p/GH1055

You do have to buy the maps separately.
I know I'll be missing something, but what I understand that's out there are:
ATC Guide books
ATC trail maps (done by maintaining trail clubs)
ATC Data Book

The AT Metro North only stops on weekends. The Pawling stop is the regular schedule. It's about a 2.5 mile walk south of the AT stop.
Looks like both links go to the same place. "Baltimore Jack's Place"
Parking all along the AT
