Zelph, would flashing make a good center for this stove? The kind used to make wind screens.
Has anyone tried the watches by casio. I am looking at a Casio Pathfinder PAW 12-3V. It looks cool and it never needs a battery change.
The yellow one would match the tarp I just finished
I am looking for a watch/compass/thermometer combo. And recommendations
How good is the resupply for this trail?
DWR is kind of shinny and if you pool water in it and squeeze it out it will come out like pin holes.
Syn was told feels like wax paper. It isn't as shinny as DWR and feels thicker.
Or you could burn it in the cat hole. Thats what I do when I #2.

Red Hat,
I am planning to do the LST in the future. Have you done the whole trail. How is water and how did you work out your resupply? Any information on the LST would be very helpful.
What size is your pack and what do you use it for
Like cubic in or liters

Granola bars now come covered in chocolate. Also Snickers makes some awesome energy bars. I like the multi-grain

Has anyone ever tried spaying campdry to one side of an item to water proof it. Like spraying outside of day pack or outside of stuff sack?
I am looking for a good day pack. I want something that isn't too small to fit rain suit and pullover along with 3qt bladder, but not too big to bring a lot of extras. Oh yeah and not too expensive....
I am looking for a good pair of gloves rated for somewhere around 20* to 30*. Also not too bulky, restricting movement. Maybe a layering type or something. Any one have any suggestions?
Black, I had got the joke thanks. Im southern not slow.
I still have my camo bungees. I took one and cut it in half and use it for my side tie outs. Never thought of using them for my tree tie outs.
Blackbishop, is that a ponch liner. Do you use it like a blanket or have you done some alterations to it?
