not sure if the trail is open on Katahdin or not (forgot to ask) but I pushed my reservations back to the night of the 3rd and I am staying in a leanto...

when ever I make popcorn on the trail I just put a little oil in my trek pot, put in the kernals put on the lid and shake it around a bit until it starts...

Anybody pack popcorn? Popped or un popped?? It would be easy to pop in a trek pot with a little oil.
