many good and interesting choices. Thanks for sharing I will be researching these and more before I make a purchase.
Lightheart Solong6, can't go wrong with a Lightheart and they are made in your backyard.
Milam Gap to Loft Mtn 4.11.14 021.jpgI made my own cuben solomidlike shelter at 7 oz and a net tent with bathtub floor to match at 9oz.

MLD Cricket, and just received the inner net for it. Single or dual pole setup.

I really like my TarpTent Rainbow, but I would only consider it "ultralight" in comparison to my previous tent (~ 5 lbs).
If you really want ultralite, there are plenty of options around 16 oz.
Here is an awesome document put together by John Abela of hikelighter.com.

ZPacks 8x10 CF Tarp w/ MLD Lite Bivy... Occasional ponchotarp w/ bivy
TT Moment, when I'm not in a hammock.

I just sold my hammock. I get a much better sleep on the ground. Could never get comfortable in that sling. Going back to the ground.
SMD Wild Oasis for past several years. Also have a Gossamer Gear The One for when more bug protection demands it. Considering a Zpacks Hexamid Solo tarp. Would save about 8 oz over the Wild Oasis, but give up some bug protection and, from what I understand, it's less convenient getting in and out of.
Wish I could see one in person before deciding to spend the bucks.
If not NOW, then WHEN?

GG One, or a MLD Patrol Shelter with a bug bivy. Love them both.
Mountain Laurel Designs CF custom sized Grace tarp(little larger w/ more coverage than the solo but smaller than the Duo in the width dimensions, 6 0z,) w/ or w/ out MLD Superlight long/lg WR bivy(7 oz), ZPacks Hexamid Solo(not quite long enough for me at 6'4", didn't want the long version though w/ the extra poles and stake wt, 12+ 0z), GG CF The One(14 0z), Six Moon Designs Skyscape X CF Trekker(14 oz, complete closure), and a Dream Darien hammock(w/ bugsock and whoopie slings 11 oz in a long and decently wide dimension and slighly hevier fabric for a good lay)
I am planning to upgrade to a TT DR from my mountain hardwear double wall tent. It's a great tent, but the added width and much 1.5 lbs saved from the DR would be much welcomed!

I have the Six Moon Designs Skyscape-X and love it. Taking it out for a weeklong trip next week.
MLD Duomid, it's a palace for one, super fast setup, reliable in any weather, pretty light at around 22 oz and very flexible for a multitude of conditions.

My Six Moon Designs Skyscape X had been holding up great for the first month of my hike! I am the envy of many heavy tent hikers.
