I wish that stupid video would stop making the rounds. It's been debunked many times. The packaged ramen was clearly swallowed WHOLE, skipping the first step in digestion, which is CHEWING. Were the subjects told to not chew? And was that the same condition starting digestion of the homemade ramen? Secondly, the digestion was not of the two types of noodles ONLY. The packaged ramen was taken with Gatorade, adding a chemically-alkaline liquid on top of soup which neutralizes part of the stomach acid. The other meal added liquid but it was the mildly-acidic hibiscus tea.
Whoever did that bogus "study" stacked the deck in favor of how they wanted it to come out. Complete and utter bull*****.
