Water in Central Virginia

Does anybody have any info about the water situation in Central Virginia? I'm particularly interested in the Three Ridges area and the James River Face Wilderness area (Marble Spring).

This time of year Marble Spring is going to be tough to find water. I haven't been in that area recently but if Maupin Field has water then Harper's Creek will too.
