    Default OR advanced bivy

I also have up for sale an OR advanced bivy I bought off eBay a month ago brand new. I was intrigued by the idea of bivy camping but decided after setting it up in my house I'm definitely NOT a bivy person.

    185$ shipped CONUS.

I'm at work right now but if you really need pics I can send them after work this afternoon.

Bump to the top for a great bivy. It's brand new no tags. I'd really like to get the SMD from octo

Wow, that's good deal. I have a much older model. They've improved the design a lot.

What have they changed? I never owned an advanced (mine was a no pole gore-tex model, don't remember the name) but it looks roughly as I remember it from the 90's.

One last price drop to 160$ shipped. At that price id ask for friends and family and I'll ship it insured. I can't lose my arse TOO bad

Its a tough sell - don't feel bad... I used them... I like them. Its not really there when your eyes are closed.
Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.

Yeah. Maybe I'll try and force myself to get used to it.

And unless there's high wind or rain, you can just tuck the hood inside so you're looking up at the stars. Once you're used to it, it just seems like a waterproof cover for the bag rather than a constricting shelter.
