Contact info for Trail Journals folks

Hey everyone, Dingle here from class of 2004. I urgently need to get in touch with someone from trail journals regarding my online journals. I've tried contacting through the website through no avail.

my experience is that there verry sloppy and it may take a long time to get a response. they say their hiking. they were supposed to switch my main journal over to a PCT journal 2 months ago. still hasnt happened

Leaf and Zipdrive are very slow when it comes to doing something on Trail Journals I actually wished some one else would take it over, it would be a better forum and Journal location.
