Footers (?) on Posts

Some people have text in what I would consider a 'footer' of the post. Some even have links to their journals or other links. How do I do this?

That's considered a "signature" and may only be available to members who donate.

Under "Odds & Ends" go to "User CP" then "Edit Signature."
