MSR Hubba in essentially brand new condition. Won it off eBay last year, from someone who had only set it up in his yard. I did the same, and just found it too claustrophobic for my taste. Not a rip, tear, run, or smell to be found. Just a couple of TINY smudges of dirt from the yard. Condition is 9.5/10.
