Had all my gear stolen, looking to replace the essentials for a trip that's coming up.

For the bag looking for down, women's or regular length about 15-30* and in good condition.

For the pad I'm hoping for light and an R value around 4 or above.

Ti pot/pan around 1L.

Puffy jacket, men's medium.
