I've been watching for more news about a possible GoLite relaunch or new startup and saw this article today.

I’m looking forward to seeing what products they come out with from the old GoLite line. “My Trail Company” sounds like a name for a company trying to emulate the Campmor business model....LOL...Maybe they'll go the way of REI or EMS and push “MTC” as their brand.

Not familiar with the website, so forgive the assumption- seems a bit like a press release... not that that's a horrible thing.

I would be curious to hear if Coup is involved. Otherwise sounds like the same model as before, perhaps without the financial perils of brick and mortar that did them in.

What would be most interesting is who is designing the gear. After the initial spurt and twist on Jardine's gear wore off it spun into a clothing company, again not a bad thing, I just wouldn't expect much gear.
