    Cool! and I was looking at a Nesco brand dehydrator just today because I want to try some of that. Wanted to look at the various brands first though. Thanks for posting this.

    I am in the process of trying a bunch of recipes in the dehydrator. So far, I've bought: Lipsmackin' Vegetarian Backpackin', Another Fork in the Trail, and Trail Food: Drying and Cooking Food for Backpacking and Paddling. I'm totally vegan, and I've managed to find some good recipes in these, though it has been hit and miss.

    I have a Nesco FD-77DT that I just got a few months ago, and I am in the middle of the learning curve. Thanks for posting this resource; I need all the help I can get!
