What is typical temperature during end of June on Springer to Franklin section. I plan on only taking one sleeve shirt with rain coat and zip off pants. Will it drop below 50?? Any advice

It shouldn't get below 50, even at night, especially if you're hiking mid to late June. Will be warm/hot with some humidity. Nothing you shouldn't be used being from the low country area.
A typical summer afternoon thunderstorm can quickly chill the air. I've seen temps get down to the low 50's that time of year in the evening. I would take at least a 100wt fleece and my beanie hat. I tend to run cool after hiking and while sleeping. What type of sleep system are you bringing?
If it gets cold the temp may go below 50. If it's warmer then expect temps above 50. If you think that was a dumb answer then re-read your question. Be prepared!
It usually stays in the 60s at night and definintely bring some rain gear just in case
Not much chance of getting below 50. But as mentioned above you can get pretty chilled during a serious afternoon thunderstorm. I have seen temps drops from 75 to 55 in minutes and with strong winds you will feel like it is freezing.
First time we spent the night in the Three Forks area it stormed at about 4pm. Official overnight temp was 64 but I was freezing my butt off. Last weekend was unseasonably cool and was down to about 59 I think. I felt much warmer because the air didn't get chilled and over-humid from the rain.
I haven't spent too much time trying to sleep in the woods but I was pretty amazed at how cold those two temps felt to me.
My coldest night ever on the AT was on Standing Indian Mountain (just over the border from GA) on August. At altitude with a cold strong breeze blowing fog/cloud right through me.
I had figured "August in Georgia" nothing to worry about being too cold. Boy, was I wrong and ill prepared.
Hiking in a t-shirt is one thing. Shutting down the ol' metabolism and sleeping through a night is a whole 'nuther story, in my experience.

Everybody's got a "snuggling up to your buddy to stay warm in the middle of July" story. Mine was at Roan High Knob. I told my buddy from Florida to bring a watchcap and a fleece top. He thought I was joking.
Mt Leconte's (in the Smokies) average lows don't break 50, even in the middle of July, just as an example. it's a elevation extreme that you won't see, but keep in mind that these are averages.
