As it appeared it would be nice to know if he spent last night off-road and in the woods? if so I would imagine someone on his crew walked in to meet him.

Also, as much as Brew was given credit for Jen's success, it appears Scott's wife Jenny has been equal in the task.

these guys and gals absolutely could not do it without a small crew. i know i got less sleep than Maineak when i crewed him. i'd do it again in a minute

I wouldn't go that far...

We'll see how it shakes out in the final tale.

Not sure how often or for what % of the hike but there were stretches of just the two of them.
IIRC, the "big" crew topped out at 4. Most of the time it was at best Brew +1 I believe.
