    Default Gg murmur pack

Anyone tried this? How does it hold up with 15-17pds?

i use a murmur for my summer pack, and will generally try to carry no more than 15 pounds -- which it will do comfortably. beyond that i use a mariposa without any stays. I would definitely stay under 18 pounds with the murmur... if that 17 pounds is the max starting out with food, fuel and water i would think you would be fine. I do baby the pack when it is loaded. and I do love the pack -- it is my second murmur, I think one version older than the newest.

I use the murmur as my primary pack. I've carried 21-22 pounds without a problem. For a 12 ounce pack, it's hard to beat.

    My favorite pack.
I am not young enough to know everything.
