What is this material?

I'm looking to create a pack, and would like to include some stretch mesh material exactly like what is used on the Osprey Aether 70 exterior pocket. Does this material go by any different name besides just "stretch mesh"?

I found a source for the material...

just cut off the mesh, discard the rest and you're all set.

search elastic mesh. a lot of options or go to scrapyard and cut it off the back of care seat.
