Took me awhile but with the help of A new tool can now put pretty good ridges on fosters pot, also finally think I figured out the finesse it takes to put A ring on A custom sized fosters pot.

Nice collection you got there :-)

I'd be cautious about using the add on ring to a Foster pot like you show in the photo. Water will seep under the aluminum ring and it's a good possibility that micro organisms will start to grow under there. Be sure to let the water boil for a few min. to kill them off.

    Hey zelph yeah I agree.
I rarely will use one like this and honestly prefer the full size pots ,I figure simplicity is one less thing that can go wrong.
It was something I just have been trying to do over time and think I finally figured it out, also I screwed that can up so it was just laying around lol.
The ridges although hard to see in the pictures I am trying to get a little deeper.

Another variation of A stove I made with integrated pot stand.
Still fine tuning the pot stand.

It's interesting how the jet flames migrate away from the holes and move to the outside edge when a pot is put onto the pot stand.

Yeah Dan I'm not sure if that is a good thing yet or not.
I'm sure you can tell this is a modified version of another popular stove model.
Seems to get a good boil time.
One thing I did notice was without the prime wick it seemed to take quite a while to bloom.
    There for consuming more fuel.
So added the prime wick and seems to bloom within 5 seconds ...
Will most likley leave it as is with no pot stand integrated and just make a pot stand.
